Privacy notice
How Pressine UK Ltd handles personal information you provide through this website.
Who we are
Pressine UK Ltd is the controller for the personal information covered by this notice. Our company number is 11258225 and our registered office is 120 Hinckley Road, Leicester Forest East, Leicester, LE3 3JS. Contact us about privacy at hello@pressine.uk.
Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected service interests and the project details you choose to send. Website review request forms also ask for your phone number, business name, website address, town or city and business activity range. We record the campaign and page associated with the request, submission time and your optional marketing consent choice and timestamp. Where you consent to advertising measurement, we may also use advertising click identifiers. If you submit a Facebook or Instagram instant form, we receive the details you provide and the associated form and ad identifiers. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and security events.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether a project is a suitable fit, prepare for a possible project and keep the website secure. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the studio, and on taking steps at your request before entering a contract where that applies. We use optional marketing technologies only with your consent.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, provide the Turnstile security check and store website review requests. Resend delivers enquiry notifications to our studio inbox. Where enabled, an appointment calendar identifies its provider before you open it; contact details may be passed to that provider to prefill your booking. If you accept optional marketing cookies, Google and Meta may receive technical and browsing information to help us measure advertising campaigns. With your advertising measurement consent, Meta may also receive hashed contact identifiers and lead or booking events. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards made available by the relevant provider or otherwise required by applicable data protection law. Contact us if you would like more information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential project, meet legal obligations or resolve a concern. We review inactive enquiries and normally delete them within 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a documented reason.
Cookies and security
Cloudflare Turnstile uses security technologies needed to protect the enquiry form from spam and abuse. Our cookie panel stores your preference in browser local storage. After a website review request, a temporary receipt in session storage lets you access your own booking details; the receipt expires after 24 hours. Optional Google and Meta marketing technologies remain off unless you choose to accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control. Form marketing consent is separate and optional; you can withdraw it using the unsubscribe instruction in a message or by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal information. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@pressine.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
